Professional health coaches help individuals achieve optimal health and wellness. The coach helps the client start, get unstuck or keep moving toward their wellness vision. Optimal health begins to thrive as the coach uncovers the client’s strengths, values, and passions, and the client builds autonomy and self-confidence. At Be Well & Thrive, LLC we do this in a caring and non-judgmental manner, meeting you right where you are.

Exercise is crucial for maintaining optimal physical and mental health, as it enhances cardiovascular fitness, strengthens muscles and bones, decreases anxiety & depression, and boosts overall well-being.

Nutrition

Proper nutrition provides the body with essential nutrients, promoting overall health, supporting proper growth and development, and reducing the risk of diabetes, heart and other chronic diseases.

Stress Management

Effective stress management is vital as it helps prevent the detrimental impact of chronic stress, fostering resilience, improving emotional balance, and enhancing overall quality of life.

Avoid Substance Abuse

Avoiding substance abuse is crucial for safeguarding physical and mental health, as it prevents the potential for addiction, reduces the risk of long-term health complications, and fosters a more fulfilling and stable life.

Social Connections

Social connections and spirituality are important because they contribute to emotional well-being, provide a sense of belonging, and offer valuable support systems, fostering resilience and enhancing overall life satisfaction.

Sleep

Sleep is crucial for maintaining optimal physical and mental health, as it supports cognitive function, emotional well-being, and overall performance, while also promoting essential processes such as immune system function and tissue repair.

What We Offer

Be Well & Thrive provides virtual and/or in-person health coaching services. We develop a coaching relationship with the client that results in long-term, sustainable, client driven lifestyle behavior changes.

Single Coaching Session Program

  • One free 45-minute initial introduction session
  • One individual 60-minute health coaching session
  • Identifying a desired lifestyle medicine pillar to focus on
  • Creating a wellness vision
  • Establishing 3-month goals

Cost for single session: $100.00

TIER 1 – Primary Program

  • One free 45-minute introduction session
  • Ten individual 50 to 60-minute health coaching sessions
  • Well-being assessment
  • Wellness vision
  • Weekly goals
  • 3-month goals

Cost for Tier 1: $1000.00

TIER 2 – Follow-up Program

  • Clients wishing to continue with the program for six additional 50 to 60-minute coaching sessions. To be eligible for Tier 2, client must complete Tier 1.

Cost of Tier 2: $600.00

TIER 3 – Individual follow-up sessions

  • Clients can schedule follow-up 50 to 60-minute sessions as needed. To be eligible for Tier 3, client must complete Tier 1 or Tier 2.

Cost of Tier 3: $100.00
